Lou greeted us and answered all our questions without any pressure or typical sales hype. Lou provided tons of helpful information to help guide us in our consideration. We have several months to go until we're ready to pull the trigger on purchasing a house, but there was absolutely no pressure or dismissal of our questions when we said it would be a while before we could seriously consider purchase options.
