After looking through some of the other comments, I decided to give him a call. Lou has been great! He is extremely professional and has been a breath of fresh air for us. I am a very meticulous person who asks a lot of questions and let's just say that Lou is also a very patient person. He's very knowledgeable, but will find an answer if he isn't sure of it right away. Also, in the month that we have worked together, I have never had to call him twice. He has always called back right away.
