So been talking with Trey about 6 mo .been very helpful. I noticed a lot of negative remarks but this is a completely different owner and management from a year ago. I have and nothing but positive encounters here.

I’ve worked with Florida Modular for quite a long timeframe now. Working in the mortgage field, I’ve dealt with many custom home dealerships. I can honestly say that Florida Modular is one of the best from top to bottom.
