I’ve been sitting in with my mom while she goes through the process at FMH. We went to 2 other dealers in the area and you will NOT find a better deal on homes. She picked the “belle” model on the lot, it’ll come with all the upgrades you’d expect a modular home to have — metal roof, gutters, downspouts, TWO porches, and drywall throughout. No other dealer can match the pricing when you consider what upgrades you’re getting and the cost associated with those upgrades. So far, everything has been easy going and smooth. Tray has been working this process for her and he’s so easy to get along with and extremely knowledgeable on all the homes on the lot. The home she picked is built very well, as good if not better than your new construction homes going up in town. Honestly, every home on the lot is gorgeous, and you really can’t go wrong with any of them. The application process, communication, color schemes, etc have been so easy and stress-free. I really think my mom is going to be happy with her new home! We can’t wait to see what it’s going to look like come move-in day. Thank you, Tray, for giving my mom peace of mind in the home buying process. These times can be stressful for a buyer, but not at FL Modular. 10/10 will be recommending to everyone I know who is in the market.

READ ENTIRE REVIEW-- FLORIDA MODULAR IS GREAT-- TRAY IS AMAZING BUT FRANKLIN HOMES IS NOT A COMPANY WE WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN.We have been working with Tray for over a year now and we are so thankful to have him assist us in this process, he is the reason we are giving a five star review because he never failed to ensure to respond to us, answer questions, find out answers to questions he didn't know the answer to and resolve any and all issues along the way. We purchased the Hollywood model and Tray assisted us with customizing the layout and making change orders and verified multiple times that everything was correct before sending to engineering and when the house arrived it exactly what we had requested and ordered. That is where my five star review ends. When Franklin Sends their crew to do the finish work they do so when there is no power, so when you complete the walk through there's no lights. How convenient it is to have a low light setting so it is easy to miss chips in cabinets, missing caulk where the baseboards meet the flooring etc. Our top complaints are issues in our kitchen: 1. Our microwave never worked. The first time we went to use it shut off and the circuit blew, we contact Tray and he immediately sent out an electrician who verified there was no electrical issue. It took 7 weeks from the day we moved in to have the issue resolved. We learned that the microwave was "new" but it was two years old and out of LG's warranty and Franklin would not do anything to help us. We had to threaten legal action just for them to send us a microwave. The cabinetry in the kitchen is sub par at best. About half of our drawers don't close properly and one of the pot drawers doesn't slide out all the way. The dishwasher gives an error code for too much soap although we are using the recommended dishwasher pods... we found that the drainage line is pinched in the back and we've had to pull the dishwasher out slightly on one side for it to operate properly. For the amount of money we paid for this house we find the craftmanship to be poorly done and the appliances installed as quickly and cheaply as possible. This is not an issue with Florida Modular but with Franklin Homes. It's very disappointing to put dealers in a situation where they are marketing top of the line products that are not delivered as such.
