Step 2: Get Pre-Approved
Once you’ve chosen your dream home, we’ll connect you with one of our trusted lender partners. These lenders specialize in construction-to-permanent loans, sometimes called bridge loans, which allow you to finance the land, home, and site work all in one.
Step 3: Secure Contracts for Land and Home
After you’re pre-approved, we’ll help you move forward with a land contract and finalize your home purchase agreement. This sets the stage for closing on your all-in-one loan.
