We chose the Elliston model and love it. It turned out even better than we could’ve dreamed. Tray at Florida Modular Homes took care of everything needed to final CO.. We asked for a higher elevation, which meant extra fill dirt and higher stem walls.. No problem. we also made a few minor additions and changes to the interior lay out all done perfectly without any pain. Tray took care of all we asked for. They are great team at Florida Modular. I was on the search for a new home to put on my existing land. I knew Tray was guy I wanted to see. This is my second visit to the home center and each experience is better than then the last. I’m Glad the customer service here hasn’t fallen by the waste side here. Tray is very helpful and has a wealth of knowledge.
