We chose the Elliston model and love it. It turned out even better than we could’ve dreamed. Tray at Florida Modular Homes took care of everything needed to final CO.. We asked for a higher elevation, which meant extra fill dirt and higher stem walls.. No problem. we also made a few minor additions and changes to the interior lay out all done perfectly without any pain. Tray took care of all we asked for. They are great team at Florida Modular. Tray, Walt and Stephanie will take care of your project. Don’t hesitate to buy a home from Florida Modular. Great quality and good service

So been talking with Trey about 6 mo .been very helpful. I noticed a lot of negative remarks but this is a completely different owner and management from a year ago. I have and nothing but positive encounters here.
