My husband and I went to Florida Modular Homes today to check out the prices and floor plans available to walk through on the lot. Lou greeted us and answered all our questions without any pressure or typical sales hype. Lou provided tons of helpful information to help guide us in our consideration. We have several months to go until we're ready to pull the trigger on purchasing a house, but there was absolutely no pressure or dismissal of our questions when we said it would be a while before we could seriously consider purchase options. My husband and I had looked at homes with a few other companies and when we visited Florida Modular Homes we knew we would purchase our home with them.
