Do You Accept Trade-Ins?
Absolutely — and You’re Not Alone
At Florida Modular Homes, nearly half of our customers are currently living in an older manufactured home and looking to upgrade to a new manufactured or modular home. If that sounds like you, the good news is: yes, we do accept trade-ins, and we make the process as simple as possible.
🏡 Homes Built in the 1970s
Manufactured homes built in the 1970s typically need to be demolished on-site due to age, building standards, and condition. Florida Modular Homes works with experienced contractors who can handle the demolition safely and efficiently, helping you clear the way for your brand-new home.
🏡 Homes Built in the 1980s
If your home was built in the 1980s, there’s a good chance it may have cash value, depending on its condition.
-
If the home is in fair to good shape, you may receive cash for your trade-in.
-
If the home isn’t in great condition but is still salvageable, we may be able to move it off the property at no demo cost, saving you money and time.
🏡 Homes Built in the 1990s or Later
Homes built in the 1990s or newer usually have the strongest trade-in value. In most cases, you can receive cash for your home, with the amount based on its size, age, and overall condition.

No matter the age or condition of your current home, Florida Modular Homes has the experience and resources to help you upgrade your housing situation. From evaluation to removal to placing your new manufactured or modular home, we’re with you every step of the way.
