My husband and I went to Florida Modular Homes today to check out the prices and floor plans available to walk through on the lot. Lou greeted us and answered all our questions without any pressure or typical sales hype. Lou provided tons of helpful information to help guide us in our consideration. We have several months to go until we're ready to pull the trigger on purchasing a house, but there was absolutely no pressure or dismissal of our questions when we said it would be a while before we could seriously consider purchase options. We look forward to continuing working with Lou and Florida Modular Homes.

We never had an experience like this. We went to Florida Modular here in St. Augustine in November 2019 to purchase a home. We dealt with Lou Diehl and he was great. With no fault of his we ran into a wall and couldn't get a home. Lou could have just said, "sorry for your luck", but he didn't, he kept working for us even though we didn't know it. Lou called me January and said, "we need to talk". Long story short, WE CLOSED ON OUR HOME 7/24. Lou is fantastic and works hard for his customers to get them a home. Thank you Lou, we appreciate you so much.
