We never had an experience like this. We went to Florida Modular here in St. Augustine in November 2019 to purchase a home. We dealt with Lou Diehl and he was great. With no fault of his we ran into a wall and couldn't get a home. Lou could have just said, "sorry for your luck", but he didn't, he kept working for us even though we didn't know it. Lou called me January and said, "we need to talk". Long story short, WE CLOSED ON OUR HOME 7/24. Lou is fantastic and works hard for his customers to get them a home. Thank you Lou, we appreciate you so much.
