  • i hope to be purchasing a mod. home in the near future.... NO MATTER WHAT, i will ONLY do business with Greg at North Point. i have been to 3 other jacobsen dealers and this is the one. for the same home i am interested in, in middleburg fl., i was quoted almost twice what it sells for AND i drove more than an hour, each way, to hear that. i was also told they had the models i was interested in AND they were NOT on the lot..... I am comfortable here in Gainesville, fl......

  • We chose the Elliston model and love it. It turned out even better than we could’ve dreamed. Tray at Florida Modular Homes took care of everything needed to final CO.. We asked for a higher elevation, which meant extra fill dirt and higher stem walls.. No problem. we also made a few minor additions and changes to the interior lay out all done perfectly without any pain. Tray took care of all we asked for. They are great team at Florida Modular. Tray, Walt and Stephanie will take care of your project. Don’t hesitate to buy a home from Florida Modular. Great quality and good service
